Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries through multiple means of communication (telephone, email, chat).
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Listen, document and help resolve conflicts with customers
  • Receive, process, and track assigned orders according to established department procedures. Consult with various internal departments to ensure order completeness and on-time delivery.
  • Serve as a link between the customer and the design, sales and production teams to meet customer requirements including scheduling production, securing delivery dates, addressing order changes, and resolving complaints.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
  • Follow-up on completed order to ensure satisfied customer.

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year customer service experience preferred

  • Customer focused with timely decision-making skills.
  • Ability to act independently, take initiative and drive tasks and issues to resolution.

Die Cutting Machine Operator – 2nd Shift

Job Description

CompanyBox is looking for a full-time Eterna machine operator to join our growing team on 2nd shift (3:00pm-11pm). Responsible for all activities associated with running the Eterna die cutter including setup, operation, cleanup and recommending improvements to operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Setup, run and troubleshoot die cutting machine.
  • Read die line prints and follow work instructions.
  • Ensure all quality standards are met.
  • Complete production paperwork for each job.
  • Meet established deadlines and objectives for shift.
  • Band and remove bales from waste baler system.
  • Use forklift to move and load material onto machine conveyor system.
  • Complete jobs in a timely manner.

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior manufacturing experience required
  • Prior die cutting experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of cutting and creasing of various substrates
  • Forklift certification

Skills/Knowledge
  • General computer knowledge: Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Basic math skills
  • Must be highly motivated with great work ethic, very dependable, fast moving and able to work well with others
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to operate forklift effectively

Physical/Work Requirements
  • Work safely and follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies and procedures.
  • For all on-the-job injuries or accidents, must notify manager/supervisor immediately.

CompanyBox is looking for a Web Developer. This person will be responsible for coding, design and layout of multiple company websites and applications, from layout to function. The candidate will strive to create visually appealing elements that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.   

 This is a full-time position which will be onsite or remote. 

What you’ll do:
  • Design, build and maintain website and software applications. 
  • Use scripting or authoring languages, management tools, content creation tools, applications, and digital media.
  • Perform website updates. 
  • Develop and validate test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types. 
  • Edit, write and design website content. 
  • Maintain an understanding of the latest Web applications and programing practices. 
  • Identify and correct problems uncovered by customer feedback and testing. 
  • Evaluate code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, and properly structured. Ensure that website is compatible with multiple browsers, devices & operating systems. 
  • Determine user needs by analyzing technical requirements.  

Who you are:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of developer experience
  • Proven ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities and complete responsibilities in a fast paced, change oriented environment
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements and experience:
